100% Monofilament Woven Filter Mesh In PA Pet PP Material 0SHARE plain weave woven mesh is woven by 100% monofilament yarn. In plain weave constructions the straight-through pores of monofilament fabrics offer minimal flow restriction and surface loading of particles.

These versatile precision woven fabrics meet stringent technical requirements in automotive, biomedical, chemical processing, and water treatment applications.

 

 

Polyamide mesh (Nylon): Resistance to acids is limited and dependent on the concentration and temperature. Excellent resistance to alkalis, including caustic soda and caustic potash. Chemical performance against organic solvents is very good. Temperature resistant from 0 to 130 °C when dry, 95 to 100 °C in water.

Polyester mesh: Resistant to most acids. Not resistant to alkalis. Temperature resistant from -75 to +150 °C (for short periods), up to 125 °C for longer requirements.

PP mesh: Humidity resolution at 95% rel. air moisture and 25 °C is less than 0,01%. Resistant to alkalis, even in high concentrations. Use with organic solvents is limited. Temperature resistant from 0 to +150 °C (for short periods), up to 125 °C for longer requirements.

3. Ultrasonic Slitting

Ultrasonic slitting are often used to produce fabric strips
with closed edge, minimal material build-up.
 
Ultrasonic cutting is ideal for precise and clean edge
quality, and measurements are conducted using
optical systems too.
4. Ultrasonic Stamping

Often used for highly precise fabric parts.

Ultrasonic stamping ensures tight geometric tolerances. The edges are non-fraying. One tool is used for punching and can be used for larger quantities. Optical measuring systems measure dimensions and tolerances.

5. Ultrasonic Welding

Ultrasonic welding has accurate, clean welds without
introducing secondary materials.

6. Pleating

We increase the filter surface through pleating. Fabrics are firstly welded then pleated together, and cut to size of pleats.

Plain weave is made by crossing the warp and weft yarns with each other. Well-regulated and highly durable textile fabrics can be created as there are many points where the threads cross each other (structure points). It is also resistant to friction.

We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.
