The cell strainer cap for a FACS tube (fluorescence-activated cell sorting tube) is an accessory that filter out unwanted debris, clumps, cells from the cell suspension before running it through a flow cytometer or FACS machine. These caps typically have a built-in filter mesh that acts as a strainer, allowing the passage of single cells whilekeeping larger particles. They are designed to fit securely onto the top of a FACS tube and provide a convenient way to filter the sample directly into the tube.

Share Filters' cell strainer caps are manufactured from precise nylon filter mesh with evenly spaced mesh pores that built-in the popypropylene(PP) cap. Micron rating available in 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 30μm, 40μm, 70μm, 100μm, 200µm and can be color-coded for identifying. These caps with strainers fit for diameter φ12mm test tube, for example ∅12x55mm (3ml), ∅12x75mm (5ml) tubes.

Filter Mesh Tubes and Tubular Ribbon   Share Filters offers to produce and deliver filter mesh tube parts cut to length ready for further processing. Depending on the required edge quality, different fabrication methods are available such as laser, heat , sonic or cold sectioning. With our heat and ultrasonic cutting technologies, we can create tubes equipped with one or two functional seams, which provide the necessary seam strength. These pre cut tubes are convenient for injection moulding. The ultrasonic welded tubes with one overlapping weld has more strength.

 

Custom Filter Mesh Bag by Welding and Sewing   Share Filters has the capacity to manufacture mesh filter bags by welding or sewing according to custom's design.
