For injection molding, Share Filters offer our filtration solutions in the form of one to two seam tubes or tube sections. Our tubes are used in a variety of applications or products, such as: automotive filters, healthcare filters, appliance filters, etc.

Share Filters not only manufactures and supplies the woven filter meshes in rolls, but also has the capability to convert these filter mesh to be various of ribbons, shapes, tubes. After heat or ultrosonic slitting, the mesh ribbons can be cut and welded to mesh tubes.

The inner diameter of the tube does not equal the flat width of the tube itself. The effect of welded 'wings' on either side has to be taken into consideration. The width depends on the mesh type

Tube with double seams
	Dual-layer slit tubes have two edges on the side of the tube, heat slitting and ultrasonic slitting
Tube with only one functional seam
	Hot and ultrasonic cutting technologies, the tubes are equipped with one or two functional seams, which provide the necessary seam strength, usually used for injection molding
Tube with one overlapping ultrasonic welding seam
	Ultrasonic welded tubes have one overlapping weld and like in the ultrasonic slitter, filter mesh having thread diameters < 250 µm and mesh openings < 500 µm can be ultrasonically welded
Continous Filter Mesh Tube Rolls
	Tube rolls are packed into PE bags that are closed by welding, the custom can cut to any length

	Cut to custom specific length
