The nylon biopsy bag are made from white nylon filter mesh, it's designed for the processing of small pathology tissue samples and cytology aspirates. Tissue samples are placed or filtered into the biopsy bag. The bag is then placed into a tissue cassette and processed as normal. These nylon biopsy bags prevent the loss of small tissue samples.

Share Filters' nylon biopsy bag is made from precise nylon PA6 filter mesh, the mesh opening available from 100μm to 300μm, and other custom specified microns are available. Nylon filter mesh is the most popular and economical synthetic filtration mesh. Thanks to the wide variety of filament diameters and opening sizes. The monofilament nylon fibers can be woven very precisely to create industrial textiles with narrow pore distribution. This precision weaving process creates fine mesh woven fabrics with apertures (hole sizes) as small as 3 micron.

Filter Mesh Pre Cut Pieces and Shapes   Share Filters cutting methods include Laser cutting, Cold cutting, Heat cutting and Punching. Professional cutting using custom-made tools that will not damage the meshes. Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer’s design needs. Laser cutting technology convinces mainly with smaller and medium quantities.

 

Filter Mesh Tubes and Tubular Ribbons   Share Filters offers to produce and deliver filter mesh tube parts cut to length ready for further processing. Depending on the required edge quality, different fabrication methods are available such as laser, heat, sonic or cold sectioning. With our heat and ultrasonic cutting technologies, we can create tubes equipped with one or two functional seams, which provide the necessary seam strength. These pre-cut tubes are convenient for injection moulding. The ultrasonic welded tubes with one overlapping weld has more strength.
