40tpi 410 Micron PP Woven Filter Mesh Chemically Stable Complies With FDA
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer providing good chemical and heat resistance. Polypropylene is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids. PP woven filter mesh is chemically stable and mostly used in food industry and medical devices. Most polypropylene mesh is natural in color (without additives) and complies with FDA regulations for food contact applications. Share Filters not only offers PP filter mesh in rolls, we also process the filter mesh into all kinds of filter components. Thanks to the advanced process equipments, Share Filters can convert the PP mesh into pieces, tubes, bags and moulded filter.
Laser cutting allows for elaborate shapes to be cut that are specific to the customer’s design needs. The mesh shapes can be also produced in single or double layers. The high-precision laser cut parts are characterized by closed edge quality. Another cutting method, ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh discs and shapes are convenient for directly usage or custom injection moulding.
